Gluten Free, Grain Free, Low Carb, No Bake

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 8 fudge cups

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (soft or melted)
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein (I used a grass fed whey protein)
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon (note: if using cassia cinnamon, I would start with less as it is spicier)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • Dash Sea Salt

Line a cupcake pan with 8 cupcake liners (or use a silicone mold).

Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed. Pour batter into cupcake molds and place in freezer to set, about 20 minutes.

Remove from freezer and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
