Calling all my Almond Butter & Chocolate Lovers!
Snap, Crackle, Pop + Almond Butter + Chocolate = a whole new level of heaven in your mouth! These crispy, crunchy, chocolatey bars are the perfect fix for any snack connoisseur, with just the right mix of salty and sweet.
With only 5 simple ingredients and NO BAKING required, these bars are a snap to put together and even easier to make disappear ;)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 8 squares
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Claire's Goodness Almond Butter
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (I use Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips)
- 1-2 Tbsp Pure Dark Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal (I use One Degree Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps)
- Dash of Sea Salt
Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and salt. Mix in crispy rice, then add maple syrup and mix until evenly dispersed. Press into lined pan and place in freezer for 20 minutes to set.
Remove from freezer and cut into 8 squares. Store in fridge.
