I think most of you will agree, cocoa & coconut are a match made in heaven. Add in some Claire's Goodness sprouted almond butter and it becomes truly divine ;)

These chocolatey, coconutty bites are full of protein, fiber, and healthy fats with no added sugar. They are the perfect quick snack or meal on the go to fuel you for your workout, or provide steady energy throughout your day at work.

What's even better, you can whip these delicious bites up in less than 10 minutes!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 bites

  • 1/4 Cup of Claire's Goodness Almond Butter
  • 4 Medjool Dates
  • 5 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder (I use a Grass Fed Whey Protein)
  • 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Sprinkle of sea salt


Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse into crumbly dough. Press dough together to form 8 tablespoon size bites. Store in fridge or freezer.
