Banana Almond Butter Nicecream

Summertime calls for 2 ingredient ice cream recipes!!!! One of my favorite treats to whip up is literally just frozen bananas and almond butter - a match made in heaven ;)

The natural sweetness of the bananas and Claire's Goodness Almond Butter keep you from needing to add any sugar, so it is truly a guilt free indulgence you can enjoy anytime!

I just love the texture too. It never ceases to amaze me how the frozen bananas blend up to the perfect fluffy texture that actually feels like soft serve ice cream.

This simple summer treat will become one of your favorites!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 8 hours
Makes: 4 servings

  • 4 Ripe Bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter


Prep bananas by slicing into small circles and freezing overnight.

Add bananas to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth and fluffy. You will have to stop periodically to scrape down the sides.

When banana ice cream has reached desired texture, add almond butter and blend evenly.

Serve immediately as soft serve or put back in the freezer for harder texture. Drizzling with extra almond butter is highly recommended ;)
