Banana Almond Butter Chia PuddingGluten Free, Paleo, Vegan, No Bake, No Added Sugar
If you're reading this, then you're probably BANANAS for almond butter like me! And you can't get much better than that flavor fusion of Claire's Goodness sprouted almond butter with fresh bananas.
So for my fellow almond butter and banana lovers I created this creamy, lightly sweet chia pudding. It is full of flavor and packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats with no added sugar.
It makes an energizing breakfast to get you going as well as a wonderful snack or healthy dessert any time of day! Plus, it takes no time to put together :)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Makes: 1 pudding
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (or other non dairy milk)
- 1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients besides chia seeds in blender until smooth. Pour into mason jar or other sealable container and mix in chia seeds.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight if desired. Top with extra banana slices or almond butter for extra deliciousness!
