Banana Almond Butter Blondies

Bananas and Claire's Goodness Almond Butter are quite possibly one of the most magical combinations ever......if you know, you know ;)

So it's no surprise that mashing up ripe bananas, almond butter, and a few chocolate chips make the best flourless blondies ever! These Banana Almond Butter Blondies have the perfect moist, chewy texture and sweet flavor to tame your dessert cravings.

They are gluten free, paleo, and vegan friendly, but they're so delicious that even the pickiest of eaters will love them. And they just take a few minutes to whip up. Your only problem will be trying to make them last ;)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 8 blondies

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Ripe Banana mashed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed + 1.5 Tbsp Warm Water
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Mix ground flax with warm water and set aside for 5 minutes. Preheat Oven to 350 F. Line Bread Pan with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and stir into thick, smooth batter. Don't worry if there are a few lumps of banana, they aren't noticeable after baking.

Pour batter into lined pan and bake 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown. Middle may seem undercooked but will firm up as it cools.

Cool and slice into 8 bars.
